Adidas: Berlin Marathon
Execution
My role included shaping the visual identity, guiding copy and design direction, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive, high-impact experience. The campaign generated record engagement with 327K virtual race sign-ups, 13K new members, and over 3.4M digital out-of-home impressions, setting a new benchmark for global participation.

Using adidas’ in-house tool LATTE, I designed and built a custom campaign page for the BMW Berlin-Marathon within the adidas Running App. The page delivered a premium, immersive experience by combining localized content, dynamic animations, hype videos, and an interactive raffle that connected runners worldwide.
For this campaign, I also introduced an enhanced in-app experience that extended beyond training and race-day features, seamlessly integrating storytelling, interactivity, and commerce. From UX flow and UI design through to build and launch, I led the full end-to-end execution of the Berlin Marathon page, creating a one-of-a-kind digital race experience for the global adidas Running community.
